Election show

The political situation of India seems awful, the election is getting near like a heavy storm which is going to change and destroy many things, the leftwards and rightwards are fighting with each other like wild dogs, in order to get more chairs in parliament.

I found myself watching a lot of the election coverage, At first I found it interesting, I was engaged, and then as the days went on I found out just how ridiculous politics really is.  Politics, not government, which I think are two different things.  They mislead and lie in their ads, they attack each other on the most pointless things that citizens don’t want to listen to.  Everything they say and do seem to be a political move not a governmental move, to help get them into the hot seat. There seems to be no political agenda of any party, the only agenda is to malign or bring the other party down. Or to form alliances so that the seats count is favorable. But i have not heard one good speech, or debate or heard anything that i have not heard for the last 10 years. There is no leader in India right now that seems to have a vision. Is there a vision for India?

Many people don't like to vote, i have heared this sentence more than a thousand times what a timid nation we are changed into! but i don't blame anybody, people are tired , they just try to get the minimum injury, and it's been long time they have forgotten the dream of living in a free just happy country...

I am not saying, don’t go vote because your one small vote won’t matter.  I always say, you can’t bitch about the government if you don’t vote… so if you plan on bitching about the government (which the majority of people do) then go vote, for someone.

PS : to the politicians, be carefull to what you are saying , the world is watching !!

Don’t ask me why I know them; I know ALL kinds of people!

Ok, I really wanna ask you this:

See:

Old, close, weird “friends” with serious mentality issues, showing up after it’s been days of disconnection, trying to renew the “friendship” they shared with you once:

Would you take them back? Or will you learn the lessons of the past?

Remember, they made your life unhappy once, they, manipulated your friendship and stabbed you in the back occasionally, they took advantages of you whenever possible…

But again, man, it’s been ages! Now they really "seem" to need you... and you , surprisingly, have no hard feelings whatsoever. But you don’t want to be stupid AGAIN!

Maybe ill just give it a try again … friendship is easy when things are good, to go out to eat with, to watch a movie or play a sport with..... But a friend lives up to its definition, not in those times.... but in the times of hardship and trials.

Life has been crazy lately, I have never felt so many different emotions at once, just constantly revolving in and out of my head.

Change or Hurt !

I don’t want life to change me, i really don’t. But if i had to choose between being “changed” and being “hurt”, i will definitely choose change! Not because i wanna change, but because i know exactly how it feels to be hurt. Change cannot possibly be worse. i’m soo not gonna tolerate hurt anymore .. Hell I know I deserve better!

*If change means avoiding being hurt, change is most welcome!

**If change means being way  less sensitive, , my God change is welcome!

***If change means being able to not care, plz plz plz  change me!

I wanna change .. Feeling hurts.

Note: I wanna change in a harmless way.

Two months back we received a retrenchment notice; it said the company was downsizing to maintain viability. the economic downturn was the reason for the actions. It’s the state of the nation, my friend stands to reason why we slump economically wasted - all of us out here.

Many of us had anticipated it, i mean it was very obvious with the kind of stuff happening in theCo. ( [4 mnths ] salary/ rent/ vendor payments outstanding ) Moreover 250 plus were in the bench for two months. i was going thru a mix feeling, being retained as a part of the 15 member core team for the revival process.

But  that was two months ago and now congratulate me into the line of unemployment yep, that's right. ..well, this way i get to choose if i get up each morning  lie there or get up and find life is shit, work or no work..

im already drifting into a haze , my eyelids feel heavy and threaten to collapse, my shoulders relax from the burden i carried all day and with one final word i fall asleep…

PS :  what all MBA schools don't teach is that your family is the one that comes to your rescue in times of trouble, no matter what.

We're all adults now ..

So caught up in today, i had forgotten it exists... I know i've made mistakes in my life, but at least i have come to recognize them. i've tried to mend friendships, but in return, i was pissed on. The only reason why i can remind myself of you, i's something i will miss, reminding that once a past has passed ..  it will stay true. I never expect to discover this again.

I would also like to make it a point to say that just because i don't talk to you doesn't mean i hate you or still hold a grudge. I just know what has happened and using that experience. So no matter how often we talk, you are special to me and you have made a diference in my life.

I just wanted to say..Settle our differences. We're all adults now....

2 green chili(es) slit
a squeeze of lemon and salt to taste

1. Heat oil on medium level in a pan for about 2 minute(s).

2. Add onions, and stir fry on medium level for about 4 minutes or till they are very lightly browned. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala. Fry again for a few seconds.

3. Add the okra and the slit green chili(es). Add a dash of lemon and sprinkle salt to taste. Mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes or till the okra is cooked but firm.

A dark moment in crickets history..

It is always disturbing and heart-breaking when the unthinkable happens.  Masked gunmen opened fire on the SriLankan cricket team's bus in the city of Lahore – Pakistan wounding seven team members..

Its time Pakistan took some blame for all this mess. Their govt might not have been a directly involved party in the Mumbai attacks, but the terrorist infrastructure it helped breed was certainly the main protagonist. Now, the terrorists have come back home to roost.

This attack is a huge blow to cricket and possibly the beginning of the end of cricket in Pakistan….. Inzis n Akrams of this generation will suffer unfortunately..

Woken up by your email …

I never wake up at five, and find email that's just come. but the vibrations of your words are perhaps, different. suddenly, old images have captured me back into the past. two people madly in love.

till she comes one day and tells me,"the girl who hugged you yesterday, no longer wants to hear your name,as if you hardly ever mattered to her."  for someone who had loved, i was more than just 'hurt'....

and yes there were questions : was i not good enough ? was it because i was still an Indian, and perhaps you'd become British? Or was it someone else's wish, who mattered more to you than I?  .. I'd never know, for you never bothered to tell,or to look back.

And now you ask one day, how I am doing ??

So whenever i see you next, if at all, i hope we can sit for a coffee and that you'd let me pay, even if you have a husband by your side. and I hope I'd just be alone, but not lonely...
